Value check

Compare the subscription to one season of manual admin, not to a booking widget.

FlexCademy is bought when spreadsheet planning, unpaid follow-up, schedule changes, and parent/trainer messages start costing evenings, accuracy, and cash flow.

Supporting value: the public academy website can also run on your own domain inside FlexCademy, often replacing separate hosting, maintenance, and update work.

Group formation chaos

Applications, levels, ages, availability, courts, and trainers need to become workable groups before the season starts. That is the expensive planning job FlexCademy shortens.

Unpaid invoice follow-up

Invoices, Stripe payments, reminders, refunds, and credits are tied back to the student and program data instead of being reconciled by hand.

Owner evenings and avoidable mistakes

Every disconnected form, sheet, chat, and payment link makes the owner the integration layer. The product replaces that glue with a connected operating workflow.

Typical add-ons academies ask about

  • 🎾Extra onboarding and migration support
  • 🎾On-site launch day or staff training
  • 🎾Custom rollout planning for larger academy structures

The low-risk next step

Your first step is a live demo, not a commitment. We show the software against your real workflow. If it is not a fit, we will tell you plainly.

Pricing questions academies ask

Can you demo it at our location?

Yes. That option is front and center because seeing the workflow with your team often makes the decision much easier.

Is there also a video demo?

Yes. Video call demos are ideal when you want quick clarity first.

Do you help with onboarding?

Yes. Every plan includes an onboarding path because good software without adoption is just another expense.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many academies start with the workflow they need most and expand once the team experiences the time savings.

See the pricing, then see your academy inside the product.

That combination closes the confidence gap fast.
